ComAction's goal is to help Small and Middle French and European companies to Sell, Buy and Produce in the Balkans area and especially in Serbia.
I created ComAction Doo in Belgrade in 2009 in order to meet the growing demand of French and European companies which want to develop securely their business at 2 hours from Paris.
Their request, opening a company in order to sell their products in Serbia and CEFTA area, find reliable distributor/importers partners, find serious suppliers, creation of Joint-Venture, creation of a production plant regarding the low cost of the workforce and enjoy the Free trade agreement with Russia allowing to export to Russia without customs duty.
I am working in partnership with Serbian people which know the local economic situation with their strenghts and weakness.
My job is composed in two phases:
Information and Action
Information on the feasibility and the contextual relevance of your project is paramount before investing. I do not hesitate, after study and meeting with local partners to inform you of the non-feasibility of the project if this is the case.
The second phase is the Action. We must define an « Action plan » together including meetings with partners, validation and implementation of the process to achieve the mission and stick to it.
My value is in the fact that I am personally going to look for information, transmit them to you, discuss with you for validation points and put in place the process to accomplish the mission.
Every project needs a project manager locally. It's my job to put in place the human, technical and logistical resources for your success.
